Overview

The QCC26C-400A/10B DC contactors are SPST (Single Pole Single Throw; normally open type) DC power breaking devices, designed for direct current loads, particularly for motors on small electric vehicles such as light industrial trucks, electric forklift, electric pallet stacker, golf cart, etc. QCC26C-400A/10B have main contacts with silver alloy contact tips, which are weld resistant, hard wearing and have excellent conductivity.

QCC26C-400A/10B DC contactors can also be used in different DC power systems, DC power source ON / OFF switch, DC motor driving, telecommunication system, etc.

• Main rated load current of contact circuit (amps):
  • 400A with interrupted load
  • 250A with uninterrupted load
• Dielectric (volt) strength: 50Hz 1000V AC 1min
• Current volt drop of main contact: not above 60mV

  • Continuous duty (CO): the loads for which the DC contactor operates under the same condition for a long duration of time is known as continuous duty. Typical applications: main power ON / OFF switching DC contactor; DC power source power disconnector.
  • Intermittent duty (INT): when a DC contactor has a duty cycle that isn't running continuously without any time of break. Typical application: forklift / pallet stacker pump (lifting / lowering) driver; truck / trailer tail board driver.
