Golf cart motor speed sensor, full service kit

This E-Z-GO part #612595 bearing encoder is a full service kit as the replacement of motor speed sensor of EZGO RXV, TXT and other golf cart series.

Bearing encoder is used as direction and speed detecting device in the motor control system, feeding signals to motor speed controller. An integrated active circuit (requiring an external voltage supply) in the sensor body contains two Hall effect cells that produce an output signal consisting of two square waves.

• Bearing: 6206 with a snap ring groove in the outer ring and a contact seal
• Connector wiring (from left to right, refer to the photo):
  • Red: B+
  • Blue: channel 2
  • White: channel 1
