COMESYS Foot pedal throttle, with mating connector

There are different COMESYS accelerators for Clark vehicles:

• COMESYS FZ3-512-471
• COMESYS FZ3-123-471

Description:

Installed on the aluminum die-casted bottom plate, with an excellent design of non-lubricated contact between metal rail and plastic roller, secured by dual stainless steel return springs, the COMESYS foot pedal throttle model FZ3-113-471 sends voltage throttle signal to motor speed controllers, for driving the traction motors of electric material handling vehicles like forklift and electric truck.

Typically applied as Clark forklift part (for example, accelerator of Clark Material Tug CTX70), COMESYS foot pedal throttle FZ3-113-471 is ideal for both indoor and outdoor material handling electric vehicles such as forklift, electric truck, golf cart, pallet stacker and tow tractor.

Characteristics:

1. Pedal travel : 17.5 +/- 2deg
2. Pedal resistant force (measured at the point of 150 mm from the pedal pivot axis): initial load: 30N min; full load: 60N max.
3. Working temperature. : -40 - 85 °C
4. Storage temperature. : -40 - 105 °C
5. Vibration resistance: at least 20 hours for random vibration between 20 and 2000Hz in all 3 axis
