Before installing the new controller, please perform a complete examination of your motor control system, including batteries, motor, throttle, solenoid and wiring. Any bad part in the motor control system could lead the malfunction of new controller.

Since the year of 1994, for E-Z-GO non-PDS & non-DCS electric carts, the 5-Pin controller 1206-4301 (E-Z-GO part number 25864-G09, alternative 25864-G01, 25864-G02, 25864-G03, 25864-G04, 25864-G05, 25864-G06, 25864-G07, 25864-G08) was used, as the driver of 36V DC series motor (E-Z-GO part number 27045-G01).

The motor controller 1206-4301 works with ITS throttle (with inductive throttle sensor 25854-G01).
