CURTIS ET-165 Throttle

0-5V voltage throttle, with both forward and reverse signals

Mating Connector

CURTIS ET-165 MCU throttle assemblies provide an analog 0-5V output proportional to throttle position for interfacing with CURTIS PMC motor speed controllers. Used as electric forklift part, golf cart part and electric mobility vehicle part, ET-165 MCU provides also forward / reverse signals for motor controllers or vehicle control units.

This new MCU version replaces the old ET-165 throttle. They are functionally identical, but the MCU version has a microprocessor, providing more accurate speed signal output.

The CURTIS ET-165 MCU throttle is the same product as CURTIS ET-126 MCU, with different connector.

Specifications:

• Input voltage (volt): 24-48V DC
• Signal output: 0-5V
• Maximum throttle output: 5.3V
• Minimum throttle output: 0V
• Maximum deadband at zero throttle: 10 degrees
• Maximum deadband at full throttle: 10 degrees
• Forward/Reverse current: 1.5A max
• Symmetrical throttle response in both directions
• With mating connector

Optional operating handles (the handles are sold in pairs, one left and one right):

• Minimal deadband areas at both zero and full throttle positions eliminates hesitation when beginning to accelerate or decelerate.
• Environmental protection of major components through an epoxy layer over the circuit board assures operation in harsh environmental conditions.
• Wig-wag type throttle returns the throttle to neutral for convenience and safety.
• Input polarity protection to ensure no damage occurs to the throttle if it is incorrectly wired.
• Easy to install.

We supply also ET-126 MCU, with same features and a 9-Pin (7 pins are used) AMP Mate-N-Lock Connector.
